Jonathan McGuire Named 2021 Top 25 Tax Specialist

The publication’s annual list recognizes distinguished professionals who help participants in the OZ industry with tax advice and accounting.
Experienced in providing strategic tax planning and compliance expertise to private middle-market clients, Jonathan works with investors, developers, realtors, property managers, and other professional service providers in the real estate industry. Jonathan specializes in repair regulations, partnership taxation, and Qualified Opportunity Zones.

Prior to joining Aldrich, Jonathan spent time in public accounting in Seattle, Washington. He graduated with a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Denver, and has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business management from Corban University in Salem, Oregon, where he has also served as an adjunct professor.
